Michael Fitzpatrick

Michael Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (Chartered MCSI), a Licentiate of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (LCOI), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (FCSI). With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michael has built an impressive career spanning compliance, regulatory advisory, and wealth management.

He has held senior leadership roles overseeing compliance frameworks, regulatory engagement, and risk management strategies for a range of financial institutions. His work has included advising high-net-worth clients, managing regulatory change projects, and contributing to the development of best practices in governance and operational integrity. Michael is known for his strategic insight, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct within the industry.

James Harte

James Harte is the founder of the company, established in 2016. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (LLM, UCC), a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland, and is a Registered Stockbroker, Registered Tax Consultant, QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser), EFA (European Financial Adviser), and a member of both the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments and the Institute of Bankers.

With a distinguished career in financial services, James has advised a broad range of private and institutional clients across Europe. He has played a lead role in structuring and executing high-value wealth management strategies and complex cross-border financial transactions. His expertise spans investment advisory, pension structuring, corporate finance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record in delivering innovative financial solutions and managing significant EU-based wealth and finance deals. James is widely recognised for his strategic insight, technical excellence, and commitment to client outcomes.

Rachel O'Keefe

Rachel O’Keefe is Head of Compliance and Risk, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in asset management, investment risk, and fund operations. She has led key risk management functions, with a focus on the measurement, monitoring, and oversight of investment risk, as well as managing relationships with third-party management companies and institutional clients.

Rachel also has extensive experience in fund accounting, global custody, and valuation processes, contributing to robust operational and regulatory frameworks within complex financial environments.

She holds a BA (Honours) in Business and Finance and professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA Dip MA). In addition, she holds Specialist Certificates in Mutual Fund Services and Treasury Operations from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, as well as the Professional Certificate in Compliance, awarded by University College Dublin. Rachel is recognised for her strong technical expertise, leadership in regulatory compliance, and commitment to risk excellence.

Neil Moy

Neil Moy has over 30 years of experience in accountancy and financial services, with 28 years focused specifically on financial compliance and regulatory matters. He has held senior leadership roles managing compliance and ethics within professional practices, while also advising large and regulated organisations on their compliance obligations. His clients have included entities managing significant client assets, multinational corporations, legal firms, and non-profit organisations.

In addition to his extensive advisory experience, Neil is a co-founder and director of a consultancy specialising in governance, ethics, and compliance services for businesses.

Neil is a member of CPA Ireland and is recognised for his deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical business practices.
